Douglas County, CO Not Happy with HUD

Proactive Douglas County, Colorado is seeking to resolve issues with HUD’s AFFH Assessment Tool.  The county is one of 1200 entitlement communities that accept Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds.  From what we can tell, HUD is not acknowledging issues.

On September 22, 2015 Douglas County Commissioners made requests to:

Senator Michael Bennet
Congressman Ken Buck
Congressman Mike Coffman

for help to engage HUD to respond to both notices in the Federal Register for proposed information collection (FR-5173-N-02 and FR-5173-N-05) regarding the AFFH Tool, for the consolidate letters please click: Douglas County Requests Congress for Help to Engage HUD.
